澤卦五行属金，房产业属土。根据五行学说认为，宇宙中万物并非静止地，孤立地存在而互不相干，而是相互滋生，相互制约的关系，这就是五行的相生，相克原理。就五行相生的原理来说，金生水，水生木，木生火，火生土，土生金，若反像而行，则金泄土。这意味着，在2014 年的第一季，房产交易缺乏天时。
Q1’14 Property Prediction:
The Hexagram is “Zhe Gua” （澤卦）, as this Hexagram is the Metal Elements and Property Sector belongs to the Earth Elements. According to the 5 elements dissolving cycle, Wood dissolves water, water dissolves metal, metal dissolves earth, earth dissolves fire, and fire dissolves wood.
